When I decided to be in the video announcements, I was very nervous. I chose to do it because I thought it would be fun, and there was nothing else to do. The process was fun but a little difficult for me because I’m not a very social person. I talk, but only if spoken to. It took quite a few tries because I have bad memory and can’t really remember the script. When we finally got it down, I felt like I had accomplished something good because I didn’t think I would ever do something like that. When I saw the finished video in the announcements, I felt nervous because I wondered if I had done a good job. Now that time has passed, it doesn’t feel like a big deal. I did another video announcement, and I feel like I did way better than the first time because now I know how it works. I’m glad I decided to do it the first time because it helped me step out of my comfort zone.
