Monday January 9th Gilbert students, returning and new were treated to cocoa and coffee. Following a brief motivational speech orated by our principal himself, Mr. Lara. Students were tasked with finding their third period teachers and were put into groups to show them the ropes, and help the returning students with the completion of their capstones. The groups each having been given a superhero team to follow participated in a number of activities in order to help turn the school into a community, and make our family feel more at home.
