GILBERT HIGH SCHOOL BLOOD DRIVE

Gilbert is having a blood drive that is hosted by the city of hope. The timing for this is Tuesday, January 28, 2020 at 8:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. The blood drive is being held in the cafeteria of gilbert high school. You may sign up today and contact Mr.Dechene & ASB/Leadership team, you will receive a consent form. Donors must bring a valid I.D., donor must be in good health with no cold or flu symptoms. Drink plenty of water two days before our drive and after donating blood. If you’re age 16 you must have a City of hope consent form signed by your parent/legal guardian or you will not be able to donate. All donors will receive a $5 gift card to Starbucks as a thank you. 

The City Of Hope is a National Cancer Institute-designated comprehensive cancer and a founding member of the National Comprehensive Center Network. In doing that they were making a national leader in advancing research and treatment protocols. For over a decade, City of Hope has deemed one of the nation’s elite cancer hospitals by U.S. news and world report and it’s currently recognized as the leading cancer hospitals in the west. Gilbert high school donated more blood for the city of hope than any other organization in Orange County.This will help lots of people at the City of Hope, join us in this wonderful movement.
