Suicide Prevention month is a time to share resources and stories, as well as promote suicide prevention awareness.
In order to spread awareness we can do such as different kinds of events, parent work shops and activities during lunch. Doing activities can help the students be aware of the actual meaning about the month of September (SPAM).
There are many kinds of ways to ask or seek help at school. You can talk to your counselor, social worker, any trusted teacher you might have, administrator, nurse, school psychologist or any adult in general. There is also 24/7 nationwide crisis support like~
