This passing month on January 21, 2019 the AUHSD Servathon happened here at our own school. The Servathon is an event that helps give students the push that they need for a connection to their local community. This allows them to help clean and serve the local area. Most schools in the district do the Servathon at their own schools with the participants being of that school helping and serving in the surrounding areas. This project also benefits the students who aid and participate in the Servathon by helping them achieve community service hours that they need to graduate. All in all the Servathon creates an environment of locality to the community by bringing together people who want to see a better tomorrow for their homes.
