Dia de Muertos will soon be here.

Join us from Oct. 21st to October 31st and help us build our Gilbert Altar. We will learn to make the traditional day of the dead flowers from paper during lunch at the Community Center on Oct. 21st and on the 24th.

We will learn to make papel picado on the 25th and 26th, again during lunch at the Community Center. We will use the rest of the days to actually build the altar.

Do you want your loved ones to be honored and remembered on our altar? Bring a copy (again a copy) of the picture of your loved ones to Ms. Barrios-Gracian in Room 25 or to Ms. Mendez and Ms. Tabares at the Community Center. Let’s celebrate Dia de Muertos at Gilbert High School.
