Gilbert teachers volunteered to participate in the first Reflective Learning walk (RLW) on Thursday, September 30th. They visited classrooms and collected data during Periods. 2-4.

The Purpose of Reflective Learning Walks is to make Gilbert better. The 9/30 professional learning opportunity was designed to give  teachers an opportunity to reflect on their instruction and stimulate thinking about how they can continue to refine their craft as it relates to First Best Instruction. It’s a creative and collaborative way to  work together as a Gilbert family to make our school a wonderful place for students.
