Saturday Academy: Mindfulness Training

The Anaheim Union High School District invites you to a Saturday Academy focusing on Mindfulness (or being in the present moment). We are partnered with the Illumination Institute to bring a range of fun activities for everyone to take part in.

 

Details:

AUHSD Mindfulness Training Saturday, November 5th. The event will be held at Cypress High School from 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
