Emily Negrete, Staff Writer

Most students that are the age of  16 start getting jobs. They start getting jobs because either there parents what them to or they just want to have there own money to spend.  When students are trying to get a job they have to have a good GPA and they to have good grades to have a job and they have to maintain the good grades so they are able to continue to work at there job sight without them being laid off.

Studies show that students who work a moderate amount of hours about 15 to 20 hours a week are those who do better in school the those students that don’t work at all. The students who have jobs learn how to maintain there time and are able to have a schedule and are able to get there work done on time.
