Life Through COVID-19

You Are Not Alone

Antony Attalla

Life through COVID-19 hasn’t been the best, but here are ways I spend my time distracting myself through these tough times. First, I’ve been focusing on school which means attending class, doing homework, working on other projects, and assignments. Distance learning hasn’t really been the best experience for me at all, but we all have to go through it therefore I am focusing on trying to mainly pass with all A’s.

Secondly, I have been focusing on being more active. I have been playing basketball, going to the gym, and even going swimming however I can’t swim right now since it is very cold. I have been focusing on a specific goal, which is to shape up my body to play basketball in my best shape. My body hasn’t been as good as it was before COVID, therefore I would love to go back to what I was before. Thirdly, I have been trying to get a job so I can make some money so I can spend it on how I would like to. I love playing video games so I need money to spend on myself and things I would like to buy.

Lastly, I have been focusing on my own life and positivity in my life. I have been trying to be happier in these very tough times, especially as a senior I have been more focused on my plans after high school. Some days it gets very stressful since time is moving quickly and it is very confusing what a person would want to do in their future career because it stays that way forever and you have to enjoy it and have fun with it. Overall, Life in this pandemic is in fact crazy, however, we must make the best of what we have at the moment and enjoy everything as much as you can.
