Addiction!
It is a real problem and I’m speaking from personal experience.
It might be fun for a moment, but then you feel terrible, horrible. You are no longer you.
But once you realize that the drug or substance is the problem, then you can being to get better. The key is to never judge because I’ve been there, and many other people have been too. But find something that works for you. I suggest taking walks! It helps distract and clear your mind.
And lastly, always get help, talk to the people you trust and find resources that work for you.
