Hello everyone, my name is Joseph Crisostomo.
I am a senior at Gilbert High School and as we finish our 3rd quarter of school, I can’t help to think about graduation. What am I going to do after high school? Am I actually going to graduate?
There’s only one way to get to the finish line … we got to find our motivation!
My mom always says, “Do you work, get your diploma, and then you can do what you want.” My motivation comes from her. Her constant reminders make me actually do my work and remind me that I can be better than I was before.
I’m thinking that I might not graduate cause i have a lot of missing class to recover I’m doing apex right now working on 5 classes when I first came to Gilbert I had maybe 80 credits and I’m trying my best to graduate for my mom I’m trying make her proud and sometimes I lie to her to not worry her, I say I’m doing good when I’m really not, but I try to fix that soon.
To all seniors: Find your motivation wherever you can. We got this! We will reach that finish line. Believe in yourself don’t overthink it too much.
