Last week, Gilbert High students went on an exciting field trip to Comic-Con, a huge event for fans of comics, movies, and games. It was a day full of fun, with students seeing their favorite characters, amazing costumes, and cool displays. Students also enjoyed panels where famous creators shared how they make their shows and comics. “Natalie” said, Another student said “It was so cool hearing them talk about their work.” The students explored booths from Marvel and DC, saw previews of new movies, and met artists who shared their work. Mr. Nakayama and many students dressed up as their favorite characters and had a blast. At the end of the day, everyone went home with bags full of comics, posters, and fun memories. The trip left the students inspired to keep being creative.
