Neutral Ground is a place that creates healthier and safer communities that are most impacted by gang violence. They come to schools and get the community together to make a positive impact. Together they transform, uplift communities, and create a brighter future for all.
At Gilbert High School today we met a beacon of new hope in a man named Al who shared his story with us. He is someone who lived and survived the gang lifestyle. Through his life he faced dark realities in the streets of Santa Ana that led him to rediscover his purpose. Seeing himself in some young souls he decided to encourage and help them find their way back on track.
We had students talk about their family members who are incarcerated wanting to get them the help they need. In our community we have a generation who has troubles in the choices they make not knowing what the outcome can lead to. Neutral Ground is a great dedicated organization to find help and resources.
