On May 9th our lovely “Girls with Goals” Group had a field trip to the Anaheim City Hall and Farmers Market. We got to walk into the MetroNet Cities Fire Authority and had a lesson on what their two main tasks are and their experience in it.
Our girls also got a chance to walk into their office where they can take a look at how they get the 911 emergency calls and what their task is in order to help people who are in need of firefighters or police officers.
This was an eye opening experience that reshaped our thinking and influenced us to think about doing greater things in our lives.
After the MetroNet office experience our girls were able to walk around our Anaheim Farmers Market outside of the City Hall.
