Quarterback History Is Made

December 12, 2019 Lamar Jackson entered a Thursday night game only needing 23 rushing yards to surpass Michael Vick’s total of 1,039 rushing yards in a single season by a quarterback set in 2006. On the Ravens’ opening drive Lamar rushed for 27 yards in 4 carries breaking Vick’s record. Lamar has a total of 1,103 rushing yards this season and still has 2 more games to set the record even higher. He is the first quarterback in NFL history to produce at least 2,500 passing yards and 1,000 rushing yards in a single season.Lamar Jackson Makes History
